Click on the company setting

Click on New Sales Button.

Customize the details of Products or services on your invoices

To customize the details of products / services viewed in your invoice, you must customize the activity table. This will include item code and description, quantity, rate, quantity.
You will also be able to customize the column width and the order in which the column should appear on the invoice.
For invoicing of professional services, you can also indicate whether you want to combine group activities together - like employees working on the same service / activity code, whether markup is shown on billable expenditure, and Do you want to include details for billable times, such as with employee name, and with hours and rates

The Message to Customer prints at the bottom left of the Activity table.
The Footer prints at the very bottom on the invoice
