How to work on quickbook company settings

Click on the company settings

You will see the below list in company settings

Company

Sales

Expense

Advance

In the company options of settings Click on Company settings on the left (if it’s not already clicked).

Customize the company name and logo

By clicking on the customize log you can upload a logo and the logo you updated will be shown in the invoice,receipt or purchase order you generate from the quickbook online.

Enter on update the company name if you want to update a company name

For entering contact information click on contact information

Selection the accounting method

Select the accounting method in which you want to adopt you can select cash basis or either accrual basis.

Enter you employee ID

Enter your employee ID in employee id field

SELECT THE TAX FORM USED

Select the tax form your company files for tax purposes. If you’re not sure, choose Not sure/Other/None for now, and then consult your accountant.

Customer Label

Customer label allows you to how you want to refer your client
